The Project Goal
The goal of the project was to streamline communication and improve user experience on the website. This involved reducing the volume of routine inquiries by providing easily accessible information online, allowing users to find answers without needing to contact the company. In addition, we aimed to increase engagement from potential business partners by making it easier for them to connect with the company. A crucial aspect of the project was ensuring that the website was fully accessible to Hebrew speakers, creating a seamless experience for all users.
